With the cold wet weather having settled in for the winter I doubt there are too many people who are thinking about picnics, but that is not keeping us from keeping your business fresh in their minds and reminding them who helped bring them the fantastic Hi-Kirk Neighborhood Picnic last August.

Below is a quick video updating you on what we've been doing to promote your business and how you can help.I recorded the video several weeks ago. Now that we've got some technical problems behind us we can now get it out to you, so you'll notice a few references that are out of date, such as wishing you and your families a Happy Thanksgiving. Instead I'll take this opportunity to wish you Happy Holidays!

Thank you,
We want to make sure you are satisfied with the page we've created to promote your business. You can help by looking over the page we've created for you on the Sponsors' Page. While inspecting the page keep some of the following questions in mind:
Is all contact info up to date with no errors?

Do you have any logos/pictures you'd rather have us use? Perhaps you have higher quality photos or graphics you prefer we use?

If you did not provide us with a personal message to put on your page, we took information off your business website. If you can provide a more personal message about you and your business that is specifically directed at your Kirkland neighbors, we feel it will be much more in keeping with the 'neighborly' feel we are trying to establish. Things you might include in the message:

Let us know if there are any specific pages on your official website that you want us to highlight - (for example, a coupon page, or a blog, etc)

Are there any coupons or offers you want to give to just the people that visit your page on our website? (We can make a printable coupon/offer on our site if you specify what you want it to say)
How long have you lived in Kirkland? How long has your business been in Kirkland?

What activities/community events/charities do you and/or your family participate in or sponsor?

Why do you feel participating in the community you live and work in is important or why do you enjoy it?

Make an effort to make it more of an 'introduction', not a sales pitch.
As a final note, if you have not sat with Ed to make a video for your page please schedule a time with him to make one. We want your neighbors to see the 'face' of their neighborhood businesses.
